I'm bulking and that's my rough estimate:
11 am: 5 large eggs + 50g butter + 150g bread (toasted)
2pm: 150g chicken + mashed potatoes + some fresh and pickled veggies
5pm shake: 1 banana + 250g quark + 2 scoops whey + 100g peanut butter + 500ml milk
9:30pm : 200g fried rice with egg and some meat + veggies in sauce
11pm: whatever snack / meal gets my calories up to goal amount.

Breakfast: 1boiled egg, 2 salmon fillets, 200g green beans.
Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 2 chicken breasts, 200g broccoli.
Dindins: 150g potatoes, 150g red lentils, 233g beef, 100g cauliflower.
Snack: Smoothie containing 50g mixed seeds/nuts, an apple, a bannana, 50g blueberries, a pear and an orange.

I don't bulk or cut.

losing weight , down 110 lbs want to lose 20 more
Everyday is something like:
breakfast: 60g cheerios 240g skim milk
midday: yogurt and piece of fruit
dinner: 250 g of either ground beef or salmon with 250g of potato, corn, or pasta
and I have a treat most days ike 200-300 cals worth, some ice cream or chocolates

i like 2 meals a day idk ill fast for maybe 2 hours when i wake up sipping a cuppa, eat breakky wait about an hour workout then cook dinner and thats it seems to work well no matter i cut maintain or bulk
