I’ve been able to do my routine of 4 day upper lower + 2 runs a week fine for like a year, but a few months ago my left knee swelled up like a fucking balloon and i still get random flare ups where my knee is all stiff and crackles when i bend it

Am i fucked for life? My doctor basically shrugged his shoulders when i asked about it, refused to drain it

My leg days have been reduced to basically just squats and leg extensions for the knee hinge movements, because it literally feels like it’s going to explode if i do more volume

What mobility/stretching/warmup/rehab do you do?

I dunno, i just stretch my hamstrings and open up my hips before squatting, and i walk a couple minutes before running, but otherwise i just dive right in

I don’t do any ”rehab”, physiotherapy is pseudo quack shit
