megadosing creating can be useful for sleep loss. creatine itself can cause sleep issues tho. the brain creatine:gaba ratio being elevated can cause insomnia

The first 3 or 4 days of taking creatine you want to take far more than you need, like 15g, to get your body to a supranaturally high level. That is, beyond what is normally natural. Once you have done that, you can drop to 5g per day to maintain that level.

Ive discovered that buying it on capsules and putting them in my ass gives me 5 more reps instead of 2 or 3 when taken orally
