Can you get ripped just by eating candy and working out super hard?
I'm currently testing this "eat big" theory.

People think "junk food" is unhealthy, but it's a bit different if you actually utilize the calories. I mean of course fat can still clog up your veins and shit.
But I legit claim that eating candy is fuel for your muscles. When I go to the store and see candy, I don't even think "candy" anymore, I call it fuel.
There's a ton of useful energy in this small and easily consumable form, and I wanna see if your body can actually use that energy to build proteins and amino acids.
I'm going to eat nothing but winegums and chocolate for a month and work out and see what happens.

I mean assuming you also consume enough protein and your organs don't give out in the meantime it should be possible.

You're retarded. Start drinking seed oils while you're at it.

>replace all carbohydrate sources in diet with candy
>eat the exact same, have adequate protein, lift and train daily
why can't you gain muscle like this? Why is pasta and rice better than candy? They both get converted to sugar in the end and assuming the calories of both eaten are the same then it should be fine, right

Funny how people call OP retarded when they can't even explain why this is a bad idea.

OP I commend you for challenging the current dogma but the reason this isn't good for you is that large amounts of simple sugars are taxing on the endocrine system. You could very easily give yourself type 2 diabetes in a month. Maybe you could take insulin IV to counteract this but at that point why not just take steroids and make huge gains? Also I don't see any mention of vitamins in your diet which is a big problem for recovery.

My proposal for you OP is this. Why not use the next few years as a test of discipline and abstain from candy and other junk food? After all, these things aren't scarce or going away anytime soon. In 2 years see how you feel and reassess.

You're truly,

No.
If you overeat you will just get fat.
There is no point in getting fat.

>eat big get big

your teeth will hurt
what I do is make a saturated syrup from white table sugar you can do like 2:1 sugar:water ratio and then just pour the syrup into water and drink it, much sweeter than conventional soda way more energy too
I sip it while doing interval work at the track or on long runs

I chuckled, but in my head, so not really, I found it noteworthy if anything
