>>76477268I cut back on fiber, cut out sneed oils and grains, increased my intake of meat, specifically grass-fed red meat, started drinking homemade kefir for probiotics (sauerkraut may also help), and made sure I get plenty of sun, especially into my eyes. Any one of these changes will improve your digestion. Desiccated beef intestines also help.
Also, if you drink milk, consider cutting it out to see if you're sensitive to it. It took me many months to heal my gut to the point where I could tolerate milk again.
