I have been lifting regularly for five months and I'm finally starting to see some gains. Unfortunately, im noticing that my non-dominant leg is smaller than my dominant leg; the size difference becomes especially apparent when i wear slim fit jeans and one side feels tighter than the other.

Is a little muscle imbalance natural or should I be taking corrective action like by doing a set of pistol squats or something on my weaker leg.

it might affect how you walk/run, it could also bring back problems too

I had a muscle tear in my left calf and lost a lot of strength now I get cramps and back pain on that side but I'm working on fixing it

If your doing leg press or Smith machine squat or leg extensions it's not impossible that one leg lifts a bit more and you don't really notice because it's already stronger, so it feels like both are working the same but in reality it's a 45-55 split or whatever

Yeah the body is a lazy, conniving, cheating little shit. Automatically goes for the easy way out on shit, its crazy but fascinating. When I do calves, I can tell Im doing more with my right side than left. I end up doing them separate. Same with EZ curls, etc.

When you have been lifting for years and seen all kinds of idiots fucking their backs up with squats / deadlifts, leg press is the big brain option.

had knee surgery. one leg super weak. started doing single leg exercises and slowly working up to the other leg again.
The more strange thing is the weights are getting pretty close to each other now but my legs still look super different in muscle size

For girls like this, it's not enough to just have a good body, you've gotta have status AND cash.

If you don't have a social media presence... the tour is over boyo. Pack it up. I'm talking MINIMUM 2,500 followers on insta and that's a really low number.
