Fear not the man who lifts 100 exercises once, but the man who lifts one exercise 100 times

I do not fear men who specialize in upper body at the expense of the lower body. You may not like it, but this is what peak male performance looks like.

I learned this the hard way doing different shit every session because "what about neglecting the triceps lateral head?" And shit like that

Master the compounds and few isolations you like first

I learned the opposite.
Mastering the "compounds" without isolatong the muscles that are involved but don't get enough activation to grow will result in injury.

Is 10 effective reps 3x per week what you would call a lot of volume?

How tf are you supposed to get these precise 81% 79% without having microplates at ur gym? The smallest plates at my gym are 2.5kg which is like 4-5lbs

>less than 15 working REPS a session

this is why the average retard thinks advanced lifters actually do high volume

>Yes.
Okay that's cool. It's kinda subjective. I was just curious if you were aware that there were only 10 effective reps. You can think that's a lot, especially considering he more than proved that it works.
>I count the 10 reps at 33 and 56%.
Not subjective. That's fucking stupid.

You "people" really need to be humbled. Responding with some snarky or uppity reddit comment, like you're always in need of having the "upper hand" or in need of receiving attention.

56% of your 1 rep max still involves some physical exertion, so I'd count that at the very least. 30+ reps per day three times a week is not low volume. Considering it's also a compound movement which is more fatiguing, yes, it's high volume training tailored for bench, to me.

for 10 reps it's not doing anything

I literally don't give a fuck how much you lift. Just based on this board alone the more you lift either the more fat or DYEL you look. it means nothing.

Nope. That's fucking stupid. If it's simple as total rep count then just do 56% all the time. But you know better than that.
