"Frozen dessert" mixes with Grade B milk are allowed to contain up to 50,000 somatic cells per g. That means the cow that the milk came from is sick. They have mastitis.

Typical ice cream desserts using Grade A milk are allowed up to 20,000 somatic cells per g.

You can do what you want, but I test milk for the feds and I sure as shit wouldn't put anything other than Grade A in my body.
