Or get into better shape first?

You're not 25%bf with those stats, maybe 35%.
And I would just go ask the coaches in the gym, they might not have time to deal with you gassing out during daily circuit stuff or it might be fine and they could have a specific plan for guys like you which would help you lose faster.
If you don't want to go, given them a call.

A round in boxing is three minutes, professional fights are three to twelve rounds.
Can you run and throw punches for at least ten minutes?

How so? Mike Tyson was 105kg at 5'10 at his heaviest. Plenty of rugby players have weights like that despite not being visibly very fat.

I started boxing at 130kg at 6,0 and at about 96kg now, I'd say it was worth it. it's a good feeling, to have -this- much cardio as well as the confidence to know you could handle yourself in a fight should that happen. as your weight goes down, you'll become quicker and sharper on your feet and it really is like taking the ankle weights off.

>Should I go take boxing classes despite being fat?
It's no problem.

>Or get into better shape first?
Your shape will never be good enough for boxing without actually boxing, so don't bother.

Just start.

I was 6'1, 300 lbs with 30% body fat so 210 lbs lean mass, it happens. Some people just add muscle automatically with the fat just by getting fat. I looked like a fat heavyweight wrestler, but I didn't work out, I was pretty strong, too. 600 lbs deadlift and 320 bench for 20 reps with no training. That's how I got an umbilical hernia, btw, so just because I could doesn't mean I should have.

So the consensus is, I should start straight away.
I've done boxing before, so it shouldn't be that much of a system shock.

Black people have denser bones. Not even joking, that's the origin of the whole 'black people cant swim' thing, it literally is harder for blacks to swim.

If you haven't done it in a month it's going to be shock to your system. Your brain has recycled those neural pathways for useful things and it'll be rebuilding it all over again
