If you need them to change then lift heavier weights for fewer reps, then do lighter weight for more reps on the same day.
If this doesn't work accept that you won't be able to squat 20,000 lbs

You've maximized your current strength for your muscle mass.
You gotta eat to get bigger so you can get stronger.
