You're more like 20% and you shouldn't listen to chatgpt too much without realizing it's half retarded. Just do some cardio every day and eat healthy foods. Maintain your weight with a good macro balance with like 180-220g protein a day and do a push pull legs split twice a week if you can, or once a week with more sets. Go to failure at least twice (real failure) per muscle group and use machines so you dont fuck anything up. You're 40 so hopping on trt is fine if youre done having kids and I'd try to get a doctor that will be alright with you being in the 700+ ng/dl range.

At trt doses the fertilty suppression is not too bad, you can still knock a bitch up while on test. I plan on using 120-150mg test per week myself. You can also freeze some before you get on.
