I just do dips, pullups, cycling, squats and stretching. I of course change the types of dips and pullups/chinups I do, but it still works fine for me.

As above so below
Training your legs and posterior chain directly affects upper body growth. And it also provides mental gains making you mentally strong. Skipping legs means your a pussy and will never achieve an aesthetic physique. Kys twink

lmao absolutely false. Your body can support growing a certain amount of muslce tissue per unit time. When you train lets the legs will get the lions share of this growth because they are the biggest muscles. By training legs you are actively making your physique less aesthetic and cucking yourself

Your posterior chain includes the bodies largest muscles. Training these muscles releases testosterone and deliver more nutrients and hormones throughout the entire body.

come on bro you think a tiny bump in test is going to matter? My point still stands. Another way to look at it is through the perspective of manlets. Manlets can get really swoll really fast because their limbs are small. The body can only build x mucle per year. If you remove the legs from the equation it makes it really easy to get to the point where you look jacked in a t shirt for even a tall guy.
Most /fit/ fags won't be able to understand that its actually beta and gay to have discipline and to stick to some complex and mentally taxing science based workout routine for years. Its alpha to lift like arnold and the boys did back in the day. Progressive overload and get sick pumps. Have fun with it. Lift with your bros instead of "locked in" with headphones. Just push heavy fucking weight and love it.
Maybe I can't exactly describe it but FUN should be the point of a hobby like lifting weights. Everyone gets too autistic about min-maxing. Like bro you don't have a bodybuilding show coming up. Just lift in a way that you actually enjoy stop sucking the fun out of everything.

This. I don't even track my workouts, my calories, muh macronutritional profile, whatever hoo haa fancy terms this fitness industry is throwing out. I just lift and lift and lift. Simple really.
>>76512832 >be 28 >diagnosed with gonarthrosis on the left knee >can't perform any proper squat movement >can't overwhelm the joint >squatting hurts even with no weight at all >sitting for long hurts >standing for long hurts >walking for long hurts >going up and down stairs hurts
how am i supposed to train my legs without fucking up my knee forever before the age of 30?
My current routine is bench, pendlay rows, and chin-ups 3 times a week.
I have big legs naturally, it kind of sucks how huge they are. I guess it's from all the soccer I played as a kid?
But I'm sure as fuck not risking them getting any bigger.
