try 0.6g/lb for 3 months and try 1.0g/lb for 3 months. whether it's your diet or workout, give anything about 3 months before you jump to conclusion.
as for hitting 200g/day, it isn't that hard. 4 slices of bread + 4 slices of 1 oz extra lean ham + 2 fried eggs should give you about 50-52ish g of protein. take protein shake for convenience. i know some open bodybuilding pros that promote a certain brand's protein (they all show on youtube they mix it with oatmeal and such but..) actually don't even take them. ppl realize real food is the better option the longer they are into this game.
