Lotta shit you can do, but the things that afaik have a serious effect on health and longevity aren't too many: >don't fucking smoke. if you do, stop now. >exercise: do the absolute bare minimum, but cover all your bases, meaning: >walk everywhere, as much as possible. if you can hit 10k steps per day, awesome, but don't obsess over it >strength training: you're a /fit/izen, you're probably doing more than the bare minimum anyway. the minimum is a fullbody routine 2/week. >do some cardio. LISS, 2 times per week. yes, I hate it too, yes it's good for you. >do some INTENSE cardio. HIIT, 2/week. If you need some ideas, the norwegian 4x4 and the viking conditioning program are great starting points >saunas: don't end up like zyzz, but 20 minutes at super hot temps is about as good as exercise for your hearth, and you can do that every day. >diet: there's a lot to be said, and in aggregate it makes a big impact, BUT only 2 interventions have a serious effect (unless you have conditions or something, ofc): >using extra virgin olive oil as your main fat >keeping red meat down to about 180g once or twice a week, processed red meat not even once (or if you have to maybe 50g in place of the full amount of red meat)

I am 32, I look mid 20's (my girlfriend is 26 and everyone we meet thinks I am her age) and I've preferred to eat red meat and fats derived from dairy my entire life. As in last time I tracked my macros saturated animal fats were 30-40% of my caloric intake.
I never really cared or tried to avoid aging, what I do care about is not being stressed out over stupid shit 24/7. I also stopped drinking regularly since my late 20's.

This. I’m pretty sure my gf only looks as good as she does still because she’s half Chinese. Most white women around our age are just finished. Too much aging in the skin to look young in their 30s
