How do frat bros stay so fit despite their lifestyles?

It's absurdly easy to be lean when you're young. You have to be a complete degenerate not to be lean. But most people are out of shape by 30 and by 40 if you're not out of shape you're in the 1%.

>why are young active people in better shape than me?
It's one of those unknowable mysteries of the universe OP, I'll have to ponder this one for a while and get back to you.

They spend all their time sucking dick and taking it in the ass. Don't believe me? Ask your mom how demanding it is to be a power bottom. SIAF.

a night of “hard drinking” is like 4 beers to most people

They're not losers so they were probably active in high school in various sports clubs and that carries over well into your young adulthood

yep it really does.

I always had this engrained assumption that fat bros were strong as fuck because growing up all of my fat friends were insanely strong. Turns out that only applies to fat guys who are active and play sports. Because most of the fats on /fit/ are actually weak as fuck and have no muscle. Its crazy

I doubt this. Even the lightest drinkers will down more than that.

Basically this. I was a frat bro (although my school had non-traditional frat setup), partied all weekend, almost every weekend.
I was constantly on the move; soccer club, sailing club, longboarding, and just generally always on the move. Food was fuel so I could stop being hungry and do something else.
Being lean, light gym time each weak made it easy to look good.
Hit my 20s, worked in a lab; I still moved around a lot during the day, but not as much. I gained some weight, but not a lot.
Covid hit, I went from moving around a lab all day to 100% computer work desk job.
I got fat almost instantly. I ate more, without the constant "exercise" my mind just wanted me to eat all the shitty food I could.
I started in the gym again, and for whatever reason exercise completely changed my food-relationship; when I'm working out regularly, I just want to hit my macros, but when I'm not, I struggle not to eat like shit. It's a noticeable shift in what the brain wants.
