Eating invertebrates will never be not gross to me. You might as well eat the bugs at this point.

Bugs are also fine. The issue is that it's hard to remove the shell for bugs. Bugs with the the shell removed taste just like lobster, which makes sense, because lobsters are just big sea bugs.

Nigga, the last common ancestors of insects and malacostracans was 500 million years ago. This is like calling humans birds because humans and birds are both chordate.

>Arachnids aren't bugs

This retard thinks bug and insect are interchangeable. Yes, spiders are bugs. Scorpions are bugs.

Bug isn't a scientific term. It's a colloquial term. They'll teach you that in more advanced ESL classes.

Doesnt taste like much and is chewy. Whereas fish melts in your mouth. Lobster is also inferior in comparison to crab due to its texture

The qt cashier was stunned at first but it was only about 6000 yen

>This retard thinks bug and insect are interchangeable.
Nobody said this.
>Yes, spiders are bugs. Scorpions are bugs.
False, they're members of class Arachnida while the true bugs are members of Hemiptera. Hemiptera are members of order Insecta, Arachnida are not.
>Bug isn't a scientific term
Yes it is, referring to members of order Insecta Class Hemiptera. It is ALSO a colloquial term, mostly used to describe largely any land arthropod.
If you're going to be an annoying pedant, at least be correct. This was all high school level taxonomy, which is pretty embarrassing to have messed up.

Squid is based but im poor. My mom used to cook it. When i was a kid i thought octopus (not squid) was disgusting but when i grew up i started demolishing that shit. Squid is good, but octopus is superior for gains.

i tried. they sell either calamari or squid rings cut stamped from peruvian giant squids.

where do you buy the squid depicted? i tried korean markets like H-MART and they have squids from taiwan. Some stores have squids from argentina, but the problem is that they all smell and look like shit, but very very cheap at $3.5 (untrimmed) / lb or $6.99 (fully trimmed) / lb. gonna try wholefoods market to see if they serve it any better, but it's prolly twice the price.

It doesn't. They call it long pork for a reason. If you see an actual cremation you'll be amazed at how much it smells like barbecue.

I don't eat octopus because with the exception of pigs I try not to eat anything smarter than a dog. Fuck pigs. Squid is pretty good and as far as I know it's dumber.
