Mix it into plain or vanilla Greek yogurt. Makes all the yogurt taste like ice cream if you mix frozen fruit in and let it chill a bit.
I also make a protein "cake" with leftover fruit from the week before.
350g muddled berries, 250g mashed banana, 300g egg whites, 300g Greek yogurt, 200g whey powder, splash of baking powder, seasonings as preferred. Blend all together until frothy, pour into lined baking sheet, bake at 350F 40-50m until it passes the toothpick test.
