I also eat mushrooms I find in the forest without any attempt to identify them.

got a blood test fromm the doc before, and then 2 months later to see if it had any effect on the values I would have expected to change, and if everything else is still within a reasonable range

I also take iron, but that's because I'm iron deficient, poor iron metabolism cause by shitty iron absorption (no internal bleeding or anytjing) to the point where I get weird black floating spots in my vision, like not the usual floaters, but straight up hallucination-like flashing black circles. I have to chug those iron pills like candies.
