NTA but I haven't been good with 4 days between muscles since I was a noob. As I've gotten bigger and stronger I've needed longer periods between sessions. Now I'm at like 7-9 days in between hitting muscles again. If you can do a PPLx with no problems you're either lifting some light weights or you're not pushing to limits. Pic unrelated

I did not talk about reduced intensity or lesser RPE, I meant using isometrics during your training, which decrease weights used but allows you to make gains.
