i dont go above 225 for this reason. i really try to just do heavy t bar rows to hit lower back but sometimes do 2 plate deads just to make sure i can still do it. anything above that is asking for booboos and ole boy here aint about to wear no lifting belt or hand strappys

How does it happen? Were there signs? Previous back injuries? Did it happen spontaneously? What was the weight? I'm asking because I do deadlifts and it spooks me
