eGFR doesn't mean shit in athletes, it's literally caluclated using only creatinine and your sex/age. Supplementing creatine increases creatinine, heavy workouts increase creatinine and so does high protein diet. It's meaningless without other indicators

eGFR is a meme if you're a creatine enjoyer who lifts which is why doctors will run the confirmatory tests if they suspect you actually have impaired kidney function. eGFR is basically like BMI...a quick and dirty calculation to properly label 95% of people as healthy or unhealthy.
