I know a thin but very big chested woman, it's genes all the way.
She struggled with that big chest, but not with weight. I also know someone who got breast implants and her breasts were still smaller than that of the one with just naturally bigger breasts. She could've gotten bigger implants too but biggest isn't always the goal.
There are always individual differences due to genes and hormones; some people have bigger thighs, some have longer fingers, some have a longer torso and some have bigger breasts.
Regular body variety, no big deal.

People also don't all look the same on the inside; many artists just try to depict averages or ideals.
It only becomes a deformity if it's super outside of the norm or pathological in some way. My toes are kinda malformed.
>losing weight
Only an issue if you're fat, right
>maintaining weight
Is that a real thing? You don't suddenly gain or lose weight if you don't watch your weight. I don't watch my weight and last time I weighed myself I weighed the same as I did when I had to put it on some form. My aunt gained weight very suddenly and it turned out there was sth wrong with her thyroid gland so I guess I could pay more attention, but it's not like that requires much action other than weighing myself every now and then.

Oh damn, I'm not familiar with this board's culture
