I think the fat is asthetic and i like it, excepr for the midsection, ruins the whole thing. I could lose it in a 2 day meth bender followed by sum shrooms, I got a fast metabolism.. all I care about is powerlifting nowadays though..

Your posture is bad and you have muscle imbalances, tyoically chest/fromt delts/abs are harder to get steong compared to back muscles which are typically easier to do productive sets on and are just larger/better insertions. Like i have to flex weird to look like i have a big chest but my lats are more than 2/3 of ny back.

Yeah your hip bones are way jutted back. Neutral posture is kind of like a boxing stance you must walk a lot or something.

The glute medius wraps around your hips essentially and is only really activated when you abduct or turn. It's higher up on the ass and because yours is underdeveloped there's a divot from your lower back to your ass.
As far as exercises you can do to fix that. Heavy band walks after your squats and cable wood chops.
This muscle is why MLB players and softball players all have big asses because they rotate to swing the bat and throw.
