How important is diet? I usually just cook some meat or chicken on the pan, then eat it off said pan with a fork. How important are like those "vitamins" and greens?

meat gives you all the vitamins you need. eat vegetables if you like but theyre not necessary

Meat doesn't have vitamin C.
And getting that from liver is a ton of copper.

For general health and longevity, it's pretty important, and the earlier you start the better.
The things that really matter apparently are legumes and nuts, fruit and vegs don't have a huge impact (but they're cheap, so why not)
