This is a hunch I've had. It's nice to see the science agrees with me.
Pushing your protein intake to more than maybe 120g is just unhealthy. Our digestive tracts just aren't designed to process all that protein.
Don't even get me started on protein powder. What a fucking scam that shit is, and all the HIGH PROTEIN slop products too. Just eat meat ffs, imagine falling for such a swindle.
Just eat a normal diet but eat more of it.
