There's a really cute girl working at a drive thru I go to frequently. How do I go about asking her out without bothering her at work? What should my game plan be?

Not sure why you'd keep posting this thread but what I usually do is try to gain some rapport over a couple interactions then if you feel like she's at least a bit interested ask her if she wants to go [insert relatively cheap but fun activity here] and if she says no move on.
