I've been browsing /fit/ on and off for 14 years. During the periods that I browsed every day, I become very fit. When I quit /fit/ I also quit being fit. I've done it all during my time, rooning, powerlifting, literally every routine, fasting (was super into that, got extremely shredded and that's also when I met my wife), and even raw carnivore. Everything on this website is better for you than being a fat as fatass doomscroller. In my experience, I would never have got laid, got a job, had any confidence, had a child, or accomplished anything without this website. For a few weeks I've been back, getting back into working out. Gotta shed the dad weight I put on during the newborn phase. I benched 225 3 workouts in and my little boy was so excited, best moment of my lifting career. I see more shitty threads like this than I remember, but for the record there have always been people saying "get off this website".
To actually answer the question in your shitty OP:
>Using your youth to be a /fit/izen and attain your max natty physique, 1/2/3/4, 5 minute mile, and whatever other milestones you fancy is the most beneficial way you can spend your high school and college years. After that, you can focus on life and career. Your strength will always be with you, inside your muscles and inside your heart.
>DO NOT give up until you reach your goals, and DO NOT care what women think. We are ALL going to make it, even you, OP.
