I can shed some light on this. The reason meth fucks your teeth up so badly comes from what it does to your immune system and circulation. Even if you were able to fall asleep, which you won't be, the sleep you do get isn't doing any of the things it's supposed to for you including refreshing the electrolytes in your brain. Your teeth come out like sandy hairspray, little grit pieces barely held together at all.
