For those who don't know, hijra is a tranny. I backpacked India 20 years ago when I was wide eyed and naive as fuck. Lactose intolerance is a hoax.

Literal hundreds of millions of Africans and Asians consume all kinds of dairy on a daily basis.
The idea that only Whites can consume dairy is a retarded stereotype that only Americans believe.

All humans can tolerate lactose as long as it comes from real milk (raw milk).

Adult lactose tolerance is a sliding scale no one has none and no one has infinite. Of the people that are most tolerant whites are certainly among the highest on average. In my personal experience and experimentation you can lose and gain lactose tolerance based on how consistently an amount is present in your diet.

I consume a lot of dairy, around 15 - 20 pints of full fat milk a week, a little butter for cooking eggs and about a pound of mature cheddar cheese too. Booked myself in for a checkup at the doctor's the start of the year and had a blood test that showed my LDL cholesterol is low at 1.9 mmol/L. The rest of my diet is lean meats and wholewheat bread and cereal, potato and a little steamed veggies. I never eat fruit.

You all need to realize that all of science literally exists to convince humans to kill themselves. Modern science is part of the depopulation agenda, an anti-human agenda. Medical industry needs customers, why would they fund studies that give you real ways to stay healthy?
