its ok. in terms of cardio nothing else burns more calories/min im pretty sure. combat sports are inherently very pikey tho so i decided it wasnt for me. its not worth getting repeatedly kicked in the head just so you get to kick someone else in the head imo.

Muay thai only works when you are the size of a child. There's better things to do depending on your needs.

nah ive literally trained it, and i was meeting you half way pal i agree i never saw any gypsys at the gyms i went to. but at the same time it is inherently gypsy, and there were always gypsys at the events i went to. if you're assuming that just because i went to events somehow i have no experience training it either then i have to assume you havent been training it for very long lol. why do you think i would be going to muay thai events if ive never trained it?
