Don't go too heavy. Probably best to keep these to 7-8 reps or above so you don't inflame your elbows or sternum.

I’m noob DYEL but I did unassisted dips for the first time today, did a set of 8 then 12 then 10. Previously did them assisted at the end of my workout but all the benches were taken today so I started with them instead of doing bench press. Felt good.

I've done my flat bench (315x3) and incline bench (315x1) arcs, I think I'm gonna switch to doing weighted dips and close grip bench press in November.
It's embarassing having big tits but only 15.5" arms

based, fuck anti dip wimps, you should also do heavy skull crushers as well in a 5-6 rep range, blows up the tris, although I find I have to alternate between either heavy skull crushers or heavy dips as there isn't enough left in the tank doing heavy on both in one session.
