I'm 6 foot and was about 238lbs. At first i just thought 2000kcal is recommended, eat less than that. So i did light weights and ate less. I ranged from 1400-1800 a day and made sure i did walks, 5 miles every sunday 5/6 months later i weighed about 182lbs
I learned more about food and counted calories. Did extra weights upped my calories to 2.3k thrn lowered it back down to 2k once i stalled i now weigh 151lbs year and 3 months after starting.
Being autistic as fuck and research is your friend. Also cut out booze and take aways, you can still do them just not every week. I haven't had a take away in 6 months gonna have one next week though.
You can do it if you just keep to it.
