We have almost the same stats, except i'm a bit younger and i weighed 92 kilos when i started losing weight. Honestly, i just started being mindful of what i eat and fasted on weekends. I was never as fat as you, so i have no idea if you are as ravenous (or more) with food as i sometimes am. I eventually got used to eating less, and being more knowledgeable about nutrition helped me avoid foods that'd bring me close to maintenance or above it. Now i weigh 70 kgs.

Did your face lose weight?, What pisses me off the most is that a lot of the extra weight goes to my cheeks, I use to be just 65-70kg

Im 183cm and used to weigh 110kg, now 82kg (dyel skinny fat) and the face gains were unreal, i lost 10kg in the first 2 months of working out and eating properly. Even if it is mostly water and not actual fat it is enough to make me you look less bloated.

I'm 6 foot and was about 238lbs. At first i just thought 2000kcal is recommended, eat less than that. So i did light weights and ate less. I ranged from 1400-1800 a day and made sure i did walks, 5 miles every sunday 5/6 months later i weighed about 182lbs

I learned more about food and counted calories. Did extra weights upped my calories to 2.3k thrn lowered it back down to 2k once i stalled i now weigh 151lbs year and 3 months after starting.

Being autistic as fuck and research is your friend. Also cut out booze and take aways, you can still do them just not every week. I haven't had a take away in 6 months gonna have one next week though.

You can do it if you just keep to it.
