There's much to be said about the rest of your stack but I'd focus on trimming it big time and then extending from there.

To my personal supplement stack I added astaxanthin, boullardi, 1mg lithium orotate and ergotheioneine on top of that rec.
Also don't avoid meds, they are just supplements with a better track record.
