The biggest tell that /fit/ is now literally completely full of old burned out millennials and hardly any young people at all is the total lack of these threads. I was wondering about it all week, nobody's planning out their costumes, nobody's showing off what they got, nobody's doing shit. And only now, on the day before when there's like no time to get a 'stume, does this one thread show up in my catalog and after all this time gets 6 replies.
I'm 30 btw and staying home. Thinking about investing in a suit of armor in a couple years.

Well I'm obligated to go out and get wasted somewhere, but I don't have a Halloween costume and all my friends are out of state so I can't do anything coordinated. My homie suggested dressing up as an ICE agent, which would be funny for like five seconds before I get called an incel chud nazi maga whatever, and then get kicked out of any venue I go to.
My other homie suggested Harry Pothead, which would be fucking hilarious, but that would require piecing it together in under a day, and I've never been good at that and I am so lazy.
I could go to Spirit Halloween and grab some random funny costume.
I might just go as myself and say I dressed up as an undercover cop, because I already get accused of being one, maybe I'll lean into it this time.

I've done this once, got a grim reaper, "made" a scythe out of a broom stick, cardboard and aluminum and got my mate a semi gay looking devil costume from there too, I'm not sure if he actually wore his but I wore mine to school and it was fun walking around in a costume
God that was a fun year, only took it out once since then for a get together with a few friends and lent it to my dad a few times
