I have the same leg inseam as my gf bros while I'm 6" taller. She always says she has long legs and I thought yeah whatever but we measured and it's true, she has unusually long legs for her height and I have short legs. I'd be a perfect candidate for leg lengthening, I could probably add 6" without it looking too crazy.

Here's the secret you don't seem to get:

It truly is that simple.
