Follow the RFL diet. Basically all you get to eat is lean protein adjusted to your lean body mass, leafy vegetables in decent quantities, and that's it. You cannot fuck that up. No milk either. You get black coffee, unsweetened tea, and water. Nothing else. Fuck your milk. Supplement with electrolytes, a double dose of a multivitamin, and an omega-3 pill that isn't ass and take a triple dose of it. The diet is idiot proof and when I did it before to really rip through some body fat I dropped like 32lb of fat in a month. Lift weights while on the diet as well. You seriously can't fuck it up.
