Are you in a caloric deficit? Are you doing cardio and lifting weight? If no then do those things. If yes, how long? For months? Go get your blood work checked, specifically your testosterone and thyroid hormone. If those are fine then get a sleep apnea test. If thats not it refer back to the caloric deficit and training. Youre probably lying.

Yes, I'm in a deficit. I run 6 miles one day, then lift 15 lb dumbbells the other day. I've been at it since mid September. I haven't gone to the doctor in years, so I don't know my levels for anything. I don't have trouble sleeping, but who knows. What's the point in lying to you skeletons?

You've been lying to yourself and us about how much you eat. Download a calorie counter on your phone and count everything that goes down your gullet, which should all be prepared by (You). Also, forget the meaning of the words "dessert" and "soda". Shop for your own groceries, but get at least half of them in the produce and meat sections; the soda and junk food aisles no longer exist for you. In fact, until you get things under control, the only aisles you're allowed to go down are soup, canned veg, and spices.

I only drink water, green tea, and milk. No sugar in any of them. I try to keep track of everything I eat, but how do you count the amount of calories in chopped fish? Or the milk I drink if its poured in a random glass?

Go to gym. Do compounds. Progressive overload. Eat more protein and veg. Walk more. Unless you're a girl, this will build you up to something decent. If you're 160 and 5'8" then start recomping and gaining muscle since your lean body mass is absolute shite. This will make you look and feel better, and your metabolism will also start to draw more calories so you can lose fat.

Nigga... no. Don't run until your inner thighs are literally bloody. That's fucking stupid. BEYOND stupid. How about this then. Lets make it basically impossible for you not to lose weight. Follow the RFL diet. Basically all you get to eat is lean protein adjusted to your lean body mass, leafy vegetables in decent quantities, and that's it. You cannot fuck that up. No milk either. You get black coffee, unsweetened tea, and water. Nothing else. Fuck your milk. Supplement with electrolytes, a double dose of a multivitamin, and an omega-3 pill that isn't ass and take a triple dose of it. The diet is idiot proof and when I did it before to really rip through some body fat I dropped like 32lb of fat in a month. Lift weights while on the diet as well. You seriously can't fuck it up.

IDK bro, I went from 215 to 190 since summer by cutting out mid-week drinking and adding sprints to my regular cardio.
Small shit makes a difference and adds up.

Nta but are they dedicated sprinting sessions or fartlek training? I never saw body composition benefits with dedicated sprint sessions but I did with fartlek training. He sprint sessions did improve my athleticism though. The faster my sprint was the more my vertical and broad jump increased
