Just tried my first Upper day after a year of pretty much only doing FB 3 times a week. It was neat but even after 7 exercises, I felt kinda empty and ready for more. Tomorrow I'm doing a Lower day, so I'll see how I like it

Nice OP, I'm doing a new routine after doing 5/3/1 for so long. It's a lot more chill.
It's good to switch things up every now and then.

I never train legs, waste of time. Just do hard cardio like the bike once or twice a week and this is enough for legs
