Just tried my first Lower day after a year of pretty much only doing full body 3 times a week. Did an upper day for the first time yesterday and it was fine. The lower day I did today was okay i guess but there was nothing super fun to look forward to. I guess squats and leg extensions were somewhat fun. I finally added a hinge and calf and ab work into my routine
