I understand that in order to get skinnier, I must eat less. The problem is that I fucking love eating until my belly hurts. How can I stop this? I want this to end.

its simple, we all know what to do, its a matter of doing it, which hardly anyone does it

there's probably a billion people world wide on medications they wouldnt need if they simply changed their lifestyle, and they know they need to change their lifestyle, but they just....cant do it...they dont want to do it... so they just take the medication, and keep living their shitty lifestyles

I LOVE to eat, too. Just for the taste of it. The only thing that truly turns me off to food is Cocaine. I can even eat on Meth. But Coke...I'll piss on the food.

Try incrementing adjustments to your diet, little by little. To manageable extents. Habits take time to from and time to break. Just make sure to prioritize eating more positively and don't be too hard on yourself when you trip along the way. It ain't easy, but it is important and you're doing some good if you're trying

I always had an opposite problem as I hate eating and having a full belly makes me nauseaus.

although I have a pretty good experience on helping others lose weight.

Its a very unhealthy relationship with food, that may be a psychologica problem, if you're struggling with it go see a specialist...

But before you do that try eating at least 1.5g of protein per kg of bodymass in a low carb/carb free meals maybe steaks, maybe cheese, eggs, dairy you do yourself and eat as much of it as yo want, just stay out of sweet snacks (jerky instead is a great choice), grains (wheat, oats, rice... those are all carbs you don't need that much when cutting)

keep such diet for a week and check your weightloss progress

i'm having the same problem. i kinda found that eating really dry food helps, like heavily toasted bread.
i also make a really dry combo of cocoa powder and greek yogurt. if you add nothing else, it's a pretty hydrophobe combo that is going to be hard to put down and will make you feel really full

Try this with whey instead. I do it with the ON chocolate and plain or vanilla Greek high protein yogurt and it fills me up plus it's great macros

NTA, but I have an infinite hunger that can only be saved by hitting macros. If I fill up on veggies, I'm still sitting there hungry, it's just that now I'm bloated and still shoving food down the ol' gullet.

I have been all kinds of fat and skinny over the years, and this does not change. At this point I'm convinced the only way to be happy is to get stronk and active enough that I need the food, because not needing the food doesn't work.

There is a scale of satiating foods. So you could go based of that. Potatos are great.
