How much rice should I eat on a cut?
I’m on an aggressive cut currently (1600 cals per day, I lift weights 5x a week) and I only eat two meals every day.
Breakfast is usually eggs and 2 rice cakes/brown toast + cheese + vegetables
Lunch is 70g uncooked basmati rice (200g after cooking) + 180g chicken + vegetables
Is 70g of uncooked rice every day too much? Should I go down to 50-60g and add another carb source?
