Linear progression is literally fool proof and will work for anyone. You doing 5x5? If you've actually stalled you just have to eat more

i don't believe you but in case you're serious you can have a couple workouts where you increase volume instead of weight. take whatever weight you could do without failing your workout and just increase reps and sets.

Glad you found out that fitness/lifting isn't the hobby for you early before sunk cost kicked in!
Time to cancel your gym membership and get into things more your speed like watching anime and video games!

I could bench 1pl8 when i tried bench press for the first time ever as a 14 year old skinny blud and i had only been doing some push ups for a little while
I can't understand how can grown adults possibly be this weak

The weight is all concentrated about my hips/waist. I have a horrendous build
