Only works if you're russian

Hmm, there is a point in how certain ethnicities benefit from certain foods more. I heard fir example that japs are better at digesting seaweed.
But Russia has always been a multiethnic country

They have a lot of southern and eastern influences, like the spice and herb rich sauces from the Caucasus or east Asian dumplings.
But yes, there is a lot of overlap in European food tradition, doesn't that the Russian food tradition is any less valuable for it

Russian Lifting: kettlebells, anti-glycolytic training
Russian Pilates: whatever @waywemove is doing
Russian Running: pose method
Russian Breathing: Buteyko
all rooted in Soviet research from mid-late last century that got spread to the west by immigrants to the US. In the last case, also suppressed in the Soviet Union and probably legitimately.
worse than Buteko breathing is "Russian martial arts": Systema, a weird Canadian cult. Better to go with Sambo.
>Soviet golds were all due to steroids
well don't copy that dumb shit, I didn't even mention it.
there is some famous Russian program for powerlifting but the usual criticism is that you'd need to be on steroids not to injure yourself doing it.

Pretty much any kind of "traditional" diet is healthy.

The reason why is because most people eat 99% ultra-processed slop. If you avoid that shit and cook your own food from raw ingredients and avoid sugary sodas and other sweets, you're already going to beating everyone else. Where it comes from doesn't matter.

for example, the traditional American diet is apples. Lotta apples. Johnny Appleseed.
One of buckwheat's advantages is quercetin, but you know what else has quercetin? Apples.
An apple a day keeps the doctor away.
Also, a cheeseburger was a combination of superfoods before every single ingredient was adulterated to hell and back.

basic goal is to improve the CP and Aerobic curves of this graph, at the expense of the Glycolysis curve. Pavel Tsatsouline has The Quick and the Dead and Kettlebell AXE books with two AGT protocols, and probably a third on the way for his 'metal heart' protocol.

No arguing about that but there is a way that dictates how the traditional way of making it , one use vinegar the other salt for their cucumbers , dont start with me ... the only thing I remember right now that this is the difference between them in the process , that's why I said its like Italian faggots...

Russians eat root vegetables and few fresh leafy ones except during their one brief growing season. They eat and drink way too many starches/carbs. Russians avoid artificial ingredients such as fake sweetners although they get a heavy dose of curing compounds. Most Russians do not smoke or drink. They are more family-oriented than those in the west but they have only a small circle of close friends. Good folks by and large.

I've done A+A/antiglycolitic work with kettlebells before. Double Jerks and Snatches. It was good experience but it takes forever to actually feel the difference. The Pavel programs are shit though. Especially the Q&D is just shit and muh strong first will tell you it's because you need to be "advanced lifter" to really benefit from it. My program was actually much simpler based on the experience from Harald Motz and I just used it as a prep for my GS style training which is my favorite style of lifting currently.

> Most smokers switched cigs for vape and iqos.

> Most of blue collars still drink as if there's no tomorrow.

> Many office clercks drink because they don't know what to do with their lives.

> Youth either starts drinking at early age or starts doing synth-drugs, or both because of friends, trend or stupidity.

> Night walk junkie encounters. They do like to offer you to smoke some laced-synthhashish together for funzies.
