What foods do you like that are fiber heavy?
I can tell I need to eat more, I’m pretty irregular and it’s like shitting a literal brick, but in pieces.
I would like to fix that.

same anon asking about fiber, wanted to say:
Fuck yeah on the kefir, probiotics fucking rule.
I’m more of a kombucha guy myself (make my own, it’s awesome) and probiotics showed me just how much fucking better life is when your bowel movements are healthy.
It was life changing.
Ever since I started my first serious bulk though I think it’s just too much straight up protein and dairy that’s fucking me up.

Honestly anon what I do is psyllium husk powder. Take a spoonful of that motherfucker and chase it down with a lot of water. It is not pleasant, but it is what I can do consistently, the alternative would be just tons of legumes and fruit which I can't do consistently.

Thanks m8, I’ll look into it.
I’d probably just do the ol’ toss and wash like I do with creatine so it’s no biggie if it doesn’t taste all that great.

Don't take any foods for fiber supplementation, it's a total scam.

Just stay hydrated and eat 2-3 servings of vegetables a day.

Kale is alright if steamed, sauteed if I'm meeting my oil quota. Beets are S tier kidney beans are S tier, Carrots are A tier, Onions are A tier, most other beans are A tier except lentils which are B tier, dark leafy greens all hit B tier because they need to be steamed, everything else is on a lower tier according to taste.

Heyo I fuck with steamed kale and eggs as a meal, big time.
Lil sprinkle of ranch powder with some salt, pepper, and (additional) garlic is phenomenal on some steamed kale.
I’ve actually been meaning to go out and get some, hopefully it’s still relatively cheap.
I’ll also fuck up some spinach as a salad base but it’s breddy pricy.
Onions go in everything I cook pretty much…

Idk man I eat a semi decent amount of veggies, I’m considering the psyllium husk ngl.
I did have some questions about how that’d work though, because I thought fiber was just something your body couldn’t fully digest, therefore it moved through your system assisting other stuff along.
Drinking that as a powder sounds iffy, some people complain about kratom backing them up and I think it’s mostly because it’s insoluble fiber.
(inb4 opioids block you up, it’s not a fucking opioid lmao)

I swapped most of my meat to fish, and I feel amazing. I still eat beef.poultry, but it’s fish 80-90% of the time now

God I fucking hate fish.
I’ve tried so god damned hard to like it, especially considering how sustainable it is.
I’ve worked in nice as fuck restaurants and tried top notch prepped fish at every opportunity I got thinking “surely it was just dogshit preparation or quality that was ruining it for me.” Nope.
Just can’t fucking stand any of it, or any seafood.
It’s a bummer, too. I’d love to buy a property on/near a lake or waterside and just sustain myself, sounds cozy as fuck.
Unfortunately to me the stuff is borderline inedible.

Congrats though anon I am legit happy for you, it’s got them gud fats in it too.

I can't think of anything lifechanging, but an electrolyte powder can be quite beneficial when you sweat a lot or your balance is out of whack. Vitamin D helps with SAD in winter, Vit B complex sometimes helps with mood. There is nothing I really feel like I need to eat or supplement daily. One thing I eat a lot are red bell peppers for their Vitamin C and taste. Best and most impactful habits are practicing good sleep hygiene and always taking action before I can make excuses to procrastinate.

Crack an egg, mix it as if you're going to make an omelette, and scrub it into your hair in the shower instead of using shampoo. I don't have a single speck of dandruff anymore, and my hair almost never gets greasy. I will only be listening to internet schizos from now on for any life advice.
