PRISON TRAINING PROGRAMS
What exercises can you do in prison or mental hospital?
Calisthenics + plyometrics.
How to progress from dips to one arm push up?

I've seen a few books on the subject, but I haven't read them.

The Black Monk Isometrics. Hidden ancientfag knowledge, like how to sleep only 2 hours a day, hallucinate using a ping pong ball or grow crystals using cleaning supplies.

More than just being a logical step in progressing strength toward oapu, archer pushups will help you get a feel for the coordination they require. I don't do oapu atm though because they bothered my back in a way I'm trying to avoid.

You have literal hours of doing nothing, not a thing.
Read a page, do 10 pushups, do 10 dips.
A lot of prisoners will use their pillow case and fill it up with books, congrats you can now hammer curl (direct correlation if you look at the forearm muscles).
It's not some rocket science bro.
Volume beats out max weight, stop letting /fit/ lie to you.
Unironically if I curl 20lbs a thousand times in a day I will still develop excessive muscle mass.

>DUUUUUUUDE, prisoners are JACKED!
>Prisoners are HELLA DISCIPLINED, you gotta have that SAVAGE MINDSET when you're in jail.
>Have you tried Convict Conditioning bro?! Its the secret to OLD SCHOOL STRENGTH!
>Its how our ANCESTORS got JACKED dude. Lifting weights? Are you kidding me!? People weren't living weights until the 1900s my man!
>Just fill a pillowcase with books and magazines my man, thats MORE THAN ENOUGH weight.
>Calisthenics will put on HUGE MASS, all you needa do is just stay consistent and get that PROTEIN in.
>S-steroids? N-no... No one would have access to drugs in prison...

Push ups are too easy, you can do too many reps. You need one arm push ups. But it's a big jump from two arm push up to one arm.

What is archer push up?

Any other exercises?

>pushups are too easy
>you need pushups
yeah I fucking said pushups m8.
Just because you added some spin on it doesn't mean it's not pushups.
The actual meta is using the same books to lift one arm higher off the ground to help stabilize you as you move to doing one armed pushups.

Everything in prison has value, especially books. Since it's basically the only thing the prison will give you.

For legs you can do stuff like 30 down squat workouts, nordics, reverse nordics, sissy squats and pistol squats.
Personally I like doing 2 sets of 35 air squats at the end of my workout. I progress by decreasing time it takes me to complete those sets.

Pistol squats are too easy if you are not fat. Too many reps.
