u might think so, i though so as well, used to, but sternal part will get damaged due to skeletal alignment and muscle will tighten because of that - pec snags on ribcage with retracted shoulder, origin and insertion can't see each other, muscle is constricted, sorta cut off at this point and all u will grow is the rest of it going to armpit
