Because debian isnt reliant on ubuntu. So its just one fork so it should be more stable.
Mint ubuntu is a fork of a fork. Plus I dont trust ubuntu

I have been rocking mint for the last 5 years and I quite literally had zero issues, gaming, work, literally just works
the simple truth is that most normies don't need anything more than a browser on their pc/laptop to do 99% of their tasks on the jewish daycare jobs because most ""apps"" are accessible through a browser anyway
in other words if you just preinstalled mint instead of shartdows on the laptops in the major electronics stores most normies wouldn't even notice a difference (you can still charge them $100 for a goydows loicense tho)
