Your average workplace is full of nothing but fluorinated normies who certainly aren't in on the master plan. I'd sooner believe that your boomer manager genuinely believes indians are smart because he saw one be good at math in a sitcom than that he spends his time pondering ways to lower white birth rates.
There is a conspiracy, but it is only among the actual elite, not people you'd ever meet in-person. Google the Century Initiative and who spearheaded it.

>Except they're not they have a looming H1B visa guillotine above their head and their cushy job and their fantastic rich American life can go poof in an instant.
And that's a level of hand-rubbing that I don't think most people are capable of, not that its morally beyond them, but that most are too retarded and passive to think and execute something like that.
>I highly doubt STEM degrees that have about 50~100k$ in student dept are "happy" to work for any wage below 60k$
Maybe "happy" was the wrong word, but after a straight year of applying, new grads will jump on just about anything that comes a'knocking. They'd take walmart if they got responses from them, and building experience in their field while earning the same pay is even better than that.
>look at these indian CEOs
These people are not the ones rejecting your job applications. Middle managers are.
Jeet nepotism is real, but its the late stage of this disease. Things don't get that way until indians have already been being brought in for some time.
My last workplace was one toothless ancient white guy who owned the place, 100 mexicans, and me. I know what would motivate a patel or a gonzalez to do this, but I can't fathom why he would.
