I've started to collect power stations. I think because I have a deep seated need to prepare and they are in my price range, unlike the bunkers I dream about.

Here is my collection. The renogy on the left is a 220 watt portable solar panel. I've never used it.

why don't you just build your own "power wall" out of batteries and set up your own BMS?
tons of videos on youtube
don't get yourself killed though

I don't really have a plan with it. Just can run my fridge longer in an outage. I live in an apartment and also just bought a generator I'll probably also never use.

dont use that fucking renogy panel or at least not the cables that came with it. this very day i had a fuse melt instead of properly breaking and if i didnt know any better i wouldve gotten hurt or killed, or the house burned down. chink trash.

like you're renting a house?
how are you going to run a generator inside of an apartment without killing yourself from the fumes or going insane from the noise?

Seems pretty good quality. https://www.renogy.com/products/220w-lightweight-portable-solar-suitcase

As I said I probably won't even use it. It is a 2 bedroom apartment with a basement. I figure I would run it for like a half hour in the parking lot to charge the power stations. Or if my mom has a power outage drive it to her.

Inverter or not? Those power stations actually hate MSW and square waves something fierce.

Yeah it is inverter with eco mode.

can you even use these to power a desktop?

I'll pray you don't burn your house with this

My smaller 280 watt-hour one ran my thinkpad for about 2 days. The new one can run my fridge for about 8 hours. So yeah it can run a desktop, just not a long time if you got a high power graphics card sucking down the power.

just buy a lifepo4 battery and an inverter/charger, and plug the inverter to the grid, you retard.

Nice. I got a Delta 2 recently because I wanted to power a fridge and then charge it off the (hybrid) car since it'd be better than having to keep a generator around with cycling gas through it.
