I got it on one PC on my network that I don't commonly use for 4chan posting. On this one, I get the normal captcha or pic related. Nothing to do with spam, it just means it's a new cookieless device. Thank the proxyspammers.

if you get that captcha it means your ip range is flagged as suspicious by cloudflare. you're either a mobile retard or you have a dynamic ip. nobody with a static ip gets this.

seriously, would modern AI models even struggle to pass these captcha? I feel that captchas stopped being an anti-bot measure and became anti-human at some point

Captchas don't stop bots anymore. Cloudflare does. But you can bypass Cloudflare if you pay up. It's a pay to win game that raised the bar like cheats. Free cheats get banned or patches while Paid cheats are the go to.
