Doubt it.
The proprioception of those thing is fucking miserable. I don't think you could directly interface it with a genuine human being in a safe manner. Not for applications where it has to actually interact with its environment, at least.
That bot cannot replicate an human's full range of motion. And it's significantly slower than us too.
Some simple gestures, that come naturally to us, would end up botched and provoke an accident.
